- 0–5 sHook. A to-do list scrolls without end. Title: “Busy all day, nothing important done?”
- 5–18 sTwo axes draw themselves, “urgent” across and “important” up, and four boxes appear in your brand colors.
- 18–32 sTasks fly in from the list and drop into the boxes: a client deadline into “do now”, strategy work into “schedule”.
Coaches and consultants sell something invisible: a way of thinking. A framework drawn on a whiteboard in a workshop is convincing; the same framework as a block of text on LinkedIn is not. Short animated explainers bridge that gap, but making them usually means hiring an agency or learning motion design.
Motiongist turns your own words into those videos. Paste the explanation of your framework, drop the PDF you give clients, or link to an article you wrote. It draws the model step by step as the narration explains it, in your brand colors, and gives you a share page with a button to book a call.
How it works
From your framework to a video that books calls
- Step 1
Start from your own material
Paste the explanation you give in sessions, upload a client PDF, or link to your article. The script sticks to it, so the method stays yours.
- Step 2
Make it look like you
Import your name, logo and colors from your website into a brand kit, then use the brand look (from the Solo plan).
- Step 3
Approve every word
The free storyboard shows each line and each visual. Tighten the wording, rename steps to your own terms, then confirm the exact price.
- Step 4
Share it with a next step
Post to LinkedIn with generated post copy, or send the unlisted share page with a button to your booking link.
Example
The urgent/important matrix in under a minute
What you give: “Explain the urgent/important matrix to busy founders. Must show: the 2×2 grid. Key moment: “Schedule the important, not the urgent.””
What the video shows, scene by scene
- 0–5 s
Hook. A to-do list scrolls without end. Title: “Busy all day, nothing important done?”
- 5–18 s
Two axes draw themselves, “urgent” across and “important” up, and four boxes appear in your brand colors.
- 18–32 s
Tasks fly in from the list and drop into the boxes: a client deadline into “do now”, strategy work into “schedule”.
- 32–45 s
The other two boxes: “delegate” for urgent but not important, “drop” for neither, as their tasks fade out.
- 45–56 s
The key moment as the closing title: “Schedule the important, not the urgent”, with your logo in the corner.
An illustrative storyboard for this brief (Your brand look, 2D). Motiongist writes its own scenes from your input, and you can edit them for free before rendering.
Why Motiongist
What it does for a practice
Your brand on every frame
Colors and logo on titles, diagrams and captions from the Solo plan; a custom look described in one sentence from the Studio plan.
A share page with a next step
Send an unlisted link with your own button label and URL, such as “Book a call”, plus an optional download.
Ready for LinkedIn
Each video gets LinkedIn post copy you can edit, and you can publish or schedule it from the video page.
Your method, not a generic one
When you give a script, a document or a link, the script stays within it, and a fact review runs before rendering.
A face without filming
Add the optional animated presenter, an illustrated character that follows the narration, if you would rather not be on camera.
Clients in other countries
Narrate the same explainer in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish and Indonesian, with captions to match.
Where these videos fit
Use them wherever a diagram helps: explaining your framework on LinkedIn, warming up a prospect before a discovery call, recapping a workshop, or showing a new client how you work. Each runs 45 to 180 seconds, so one video covers one model.
They don’t replace you. Prospects still buy a person, so pair them with your own posts and calls. And if you would rather not produce them yourself, there is done-for-you production.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I put my own branding on the videos?
Yes, from the Solo plan: your colors and logo, which you can import from your website. From the Studio plan you can also describe a custom look in one sentence (+300 credits per video).
Can I add a “Book a call” button?
Yes, on the share page: set the button label and the URL. It sits under the video for anyone who opens the link.
Do I have to appear on camera?
No. The videos are motion design with a narrated voice. An optional animated presenter can stand in for you.
Can I use the videos in paid client work?
Yes, on paid plans: no watermark, and final voices come with a commercial license. Videos are labelled as AI-generated, and we ask you to disclose it.
