- 0–7 sHook. A “Sold” sign goes up, then a calendar shows the weeks still to go. Title: “Offer accepted. Now what?”
- 7–27 sThe deposit. Earnest money moves into escrow, held by a neutral third party, drawn as a locked box between buyer and seller.
- 27–50 sInspection and appraisal. A checklist ticks off the home inspection, then the lender’s appraisal compares the price with the home’s value.
Let’s be clear first: Motiongist doesn’t make property tours. It doesn’t use listing photos or drone footage, and it can’t show a real house. For a listing video, use a camera.
What it does well is the other half of real-estate content: explaining the process. First-time buyers don’t know what escrow is, sellers don’t know what happens between accepting an offer and closing, and everyone asks what pre-approval means. Those questions make strong short videos, built from timelines, checklists and simple diagrams, and they keep your name in front of people long before they are ready to move.
How it works
From a client question to an educational short
- Step 1
Collect the questions
Every question clients ask you twice is a video. Type it as the topic, or paste your own answer as the script.
- Step 2
Keep it local and correct
Rules vary by country, state and region. Say where you work in the brief, and paste your own explanation when local rules matter.
- Step 3
Add your brand
From the Solo plan, your name, colors and logo go on every scene; import them from your website in one step.
- Step 4
Post and link back
Schedule to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn, and give the share page a button that opens your contact page.

What happens between an accepted offer and closing
What you give: “What happens between an accepted offer and closing day? For first-time buyers in the US. Note that steps vary by state.”
What the video shows, scene by scene
- 0–7 s
Hook. A “Sold” sign goes up, then a calendar shows the weeks still to go. Title: “Offer accepted. Now what?”
- 7–27 s
The deposit. Earnest money moves into escrow, held by a neutral third party, drawn as a locked box between buyer and seller.
- 27–50 s
Inspection and appraisal. A checklist ticks off the home inspection, then the lender’s appraisal compares the price with the home’s value.
- 50–72 s
Final loan approval. A stack of documents moves from “conditional” to “clear to close”.
- 72–92 s
Walk-through and closing. The buyer checks the home one last time and signs; funds leave escrow and the keys change hands.
- 92–104 s
Takeaway. “Every step has a deadline: ask your agent for the dates”, with a note that the process varies by state.

Why Motiongist
Why it works for agents
Processes become timelines
Steps, deadlines and who does what, drawn as timelines and checklists that build on the narration.
Your brand on every post
Your name, logo and colors on titles and captions, from the Solo plan.
Steady posting
Post copy for each platform, then publish or schedule to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
A page for every answer
Send the share link when a client asks; add a button to book a call or browse your listings.
Your clients’ language
Narrate in any of 10 languages for clients more comfortable outside English.
Good fits and poor fits
Good fits: buyer and seller process explainers, common terms (escrow, contingency, closing costs), how pre-approval works, and market concepts such as what “days on market” measures.
Poor fits: listing videos, neighborhood tours, virtual staging, and anything that needs pictures of a real property.
Stay accurate
Real-estate rules, fees and timelines differ between countries, states and even counties. Give the engine your own explanation when it matters, review the storyboard, and add a line saying the video is general information, not legal or financial advice.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Can I use my listing photos?
No. The only image you can upload is your logo. Videos are motion design (illustrations, titles, timelines, diagrams), so they suit explanations rather than listings.
Will the facts be right for my area?
Only if you tell it which area, and ideally give your own explanation as the script or the source. With only a topic, it writes from general knowledge, so review every step in the storyboard before rendering.
How often could I post?
As often as your credits allow. Solo is $19 a month for 3,000 credits, and a short video is 400 credits plus the final voice. You see the exact price before every render.
Can I add my contact details?
Your name, logo and colors appear with the brand look, and the share page can carry a button to any address, such as your booking page.
Do I need to say the video is AI-generated?
Videos are labelled as AI-generated, and we ask you to disclose it when you publish. Each platform has its own rules too.
